A Yinyasa class is a happy mix between Yin yoga and a Vinyasa practice. At the beginning, the class is slow, still and passive which allows the body to reach deeper parts of the body, tissues and fascias. Postures are held between 2 and 5 minutes. The second part of the class is in movement, dynamic and active. The connection of these 2 practices balances softness and strength, harmonizes the Yin and the Yang energies and reconnects the mind and body.
